"The facility met my expectations"

"To be honest I was skeptical about this hotel. We arrived very late for check in and the gentleman in the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk/lobby area appeared very modern and clean. The elevators were clean (no weird smells or stains) the hallway to our room was very nice. The carpet appeared to be new. We were really impressed with the room. Very spacious, clean and nice decor. The bathroom was very clean. We would definitely come back. We did not have time to visit the pool and gym so I cannot comment on that."

"Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out."

"Food at wedding venue was excellent. Only reason review was not excellent was that the previous occupant of our room evidently had set the alarm clock for 5:30 am on a holiday when we planned to sleep in and it was difficult to turn it off. No apology was offered for not making sure it had been turned off."

"When we arrived we discovered that their key card system did not work. We had to get someone from the front desk to let us in. Often times there was no one at the front desk and we had a wait. Also the water did not get hot, it only got lukewarm. We complained and they sent a maintenance man who checked it and said they lower the temperature during summer months. This was May and cold and rainy. Will not stay here again."

"The hotel was very dated and the room was not very clean. We found a roach immediately when we walked into the room. The sheets didn’t look clean. We arrived at night, and the parking lot was very dark. We were supposed to stay for four nights; however, we decided to leave the following morning. The hostess was very friendly and understanding when we checked out after only one night."
