Do not expect a 4-star hotel! We stayed here for 5 nights for my nephew’s wedding. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel is very old and needs serious renovation. Many things are old and damaged. The air conditioning was a big problem, especially in the Adana heat. Only one standing air conditioner was working in the reception and lobby area. It was not enough for such a large area. The corridors had almost no ventilation. You leave your room and start sweating again before you even reach the reception. Even the reception staff had to use fans. Our first room smelled damp. The bed base looked damaged by water. We asked to change the room, but they could only change it the next day. The second room was a little better, but still far from a 4-star standard. The towels were very old and grey, not white. The pillows were extremely high and hard. It was like sleeping on a brick. We had to buy our own pillows, blanket and towels. The breakfast was also very basic. There was no coffee, only tea. The “ juice” did not taste like real juice it was some powder mix The staff were very kind and helpful. This was the only really positive part of our stay. They tried their best, but they cannot fix the condition of the hotel. We paid about $52 per night. There is a much newer hotel next door for about the same price. For this quality, we do not think the price is. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect a real 4-star experience.

This is not a 5 star hotel - perhaps 2 star at best needs complete renovation. That said bed clean and pool was good. I paid very little for the room so good value overall. I found all staff pleasant although they forgot my wake up call!

I have stayed at this property previously and am finding now it seems to be going downhill. The old staff have gone and the new staff don’t seem that friendly. We were however given a suite this time which was value for what we paid but carpets were terribly stained and room not cleaned properly. Breakfast has also gone downhill.
