My partner and I have been frequent quests here at comfort inn east in sudbury. we have come almost 2 days at a time weekly. we got into an accidnet at their property due to a high snowbank. we have been coming into sudbury for medical treatment. we requested a ground floor. we have been getting ground floor as my partner sustained a fractured lumbar #1 on an accident in Feb 16, 2026.. He cannot do stairs. we were put on the second floor when we requested a main floor. Never again will I go with Expedia. Never, unless this is looked into and an apology or an nights stay is given. Never again, Expedia. Never!!!!!"

"I called at least 4 times to get a room rate for 10 rooms. The frontdesk said she would check with the manager and call back. Four times she never did so you lost the bookings. These bookings were attached to a venue in Sudbury that used to reccomend your hotel. They no longer do. The room was filthy with head oil stains on the headboard and the carpet smelled like dirty feet. The bed blanket was all freyed a nd looked like it was a king cut in half. The room chair had a huge stain on it as did the rug. We had asked for a room close to the elevater as my sister is disabled and she sent us to the last room at the end of the hall. We had to be .moved.when leaving the hotel there was a small lip on the walkway which is not up to code and my sister fell and broke her ankle. Needless to say we were not thrilled with your accommodation. We will decide if any further action will be taken from our lawyer s."

"Had "drive up room"- our door was blocked by another car and a snowbank. The door was a sliding patio door, with a dicey cement step in front of it. Can't lock door from the outside, so you have to still walk through hotel to get to your car. Do not recommend. The room was clean, coffee tea were available. Beds very comfy. Toilet had a loose base and was rocky! Fan in bathroom started with a loud squeal, then was quiet-not the greatest for the midnight bathroom run!"

"I had a Queen room booked and was given two double beds, when I showed my reservation from expedited to the man at the desk he said it was because I booked through expedited and they didn’t have any other room available for us. My husband and I each got our own bed which I guess wasn’t so bad but I did find the beds not very comfortable. Carpets definitely need to be changed. "
