"Our first room was smoked. Per our request, staff changed the room to 3rd floor, no elevator. Room was clean, but bathroom window and shower stall had moldy sealer, a shocking. Bed was too soft and sagging, not comfortable. Location was okay, for the small city. Breakfast was very basic, Staff was friendly, but I don’t recommend it. "

His name is 'Umat', and he carries all my bags up the stairs to my room. I have disability and their help was crucial. The hotel location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the area. No parking in front of the hotel, but there is an 'Otopark', a parking building 300 meters from the hotel. When driving Google Maps may lead you to driving Tram Rails, that's okay. No variety in breakfast, just plain Turkish breakfast."
