"The check-in experience wasn't as welcoming as I expected. The indoor pool and spa were under renovation during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the room was spacious, clean, and featured a nice fireplace that made it feel cozy. The property could benefit from some updates and improved landscaping, and the breakfast selection was fairly limited. However, the morning reception staff, especially Duncan, were friendly and helpful, which made a positive impression. Overall, we had a good stay. While there are a few areas that could be improved, the comfortable room and courteous staff made the experience enjoyable."

"Very nice property and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Their restaurant was quite good with reasonably priced options and drinks. We sat outside on the deck, which was great. Room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Could use extra sleeping pillows. The bathroom could be upgraded - but it IS an old inn. Staff were all excellent and very helpful!"

"We stayed in 539 and the view was spectacular, sunset every evening and lake view of boats. Room was a good size, comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were friendly and attentive. Our room wasn’t ready at check in (5:30pm) but as a courtesy they offered us complimentary breakfast which was very nice. The cafe had plenty of choices and it was wonderful to have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, seltzer water and regular water dispensers on each floor. The hotel is also conveniently located walking distance to all trendy restaurants and shops."
