"Check in was easy. Neighbors were having a birthday party until late in the night. Some houses around are run down and vacant. One bedroom is upstairs that is air conditioned by a window unit. It gets hot without! No privacy in back yard. You share a fence with a trampoline from the neighbors and a house in the back. No hot tub or tub in the house as described in listing. House feels smaller than looked in pictures. Beds were spring mattress no box spring. Killed 3 silverfish crawlers in bedroom...

"This property is in a GREAT location. Almost walking distance to the subway station at Capitol Heights, which has park & ride if you can't make the walk. It was very easy to get into downtown DC from the house. The house was very clean and asked very little of us upon exit, unlike many other places we've stayed. Usually Mom (me) has to clean so much prior to leaving and I personally appreciated that for once I only had to strip beds and pile up towels. I highly recommend this property to anyone...

"Stuck outside for almost 2and half hours because code I was provided won’t work with my son outside and the sun and humidity was through the ruff . Ac doesn’t work . And I was told it’s the entire place but it was just one room . "
