"This apartment is a new build, so it was very clean. Positioned in Chertsey almost next door to the railway station it was in a great position to get into London or the surrounding area. Lots of parking, local shops and restaurants nearby. It would benefit from a few home touches though, the bedroom blinds don't keep out the daylight, every apartment had the same ones, so not necessarily the owners fault.
