"If you are in your 20s and coming here after a night out, this is your place. If you are in your 40s this is not your place. It is difficult to get a good nights sleep here. Ended up checking out early. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Some of the staff could use an attitude adjustment."

"The AC wasn’t working in our room and management did nothing the first night to help us. And this was in July. The next day we spoke to someone else and they said that they will call maintenance. Maintenance never came, so they moved us to another room. The manager said the first night that they couldn’t move us to another room and if we didn’t like it, to go somewhere else."

"The room was clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful (providing map, directions, recommendations of where to eat, carrying my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs for me, storing my luggage pre and post stay) and the location was great, very conveniently located near Paddington station and near places to eat and shop. It is in a very pretty street with trees and grass through the middle of the street and beautiful buildings on each side of the street. My only concern was how tiny...
