There isn't a laundry dryer, but no worries everything dries quickly hanging on the roof. Drying racks are available. Obviously, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs would be a problem. "The studio is very outdated. The bathroom is in very poor condition. Light switch cover missing exposing set back cables. Toilet seat lid fell off. Extraction fan filthy and only extracts into main room. Bathroom door latch does work correctly and you get stuck in or cannot get into bathroom on regular occasions. Portable air condition machine leaks water from the sellotaped pipe. The outdoor area washing rail is rusty. The views from the apartment to what the pictures show are very subjective....
