The apartment was well located, central to everything. The check in process was very clear and easy to follow, The apartment was clean however the kitchen area and bathroom were very dated. I also felt that the furniture on the balcony could of been more comfortable. Katherine the host was very kind and allowed us to check out late due to a late departure time,

Second time we have stayed in this apartment, close to shops, beach etc, all the comforts of home including a washing machine which is a bonus. Would definitely book again next time we go to this resort. Katherine was very helpful and check in details easy to understand.

Cheap and cheerful for the money we paid . Being as honest as I can , the room could do with updating and having WiFi . Balcony in awkward position facing walkway to other room and lift access so no privacy although the sea view is nice . Katherine replies and sorts any problems immediately . We paid £430 for a week so this wouldn’t put us off staying there again . Also bottle of water and milk fridge , tea and coffee ect was a nice touch 👍

Santa Maria stay

Lovely apartment in a great location and all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay.Would recommend to anybody and will probably be back again.

Our stay at this property was really good, apartment was well equipped even had a washing machine with a rapid wash. It was compfortly furnished and had a lovely view from the balcony of the ocean and mountains. It also had patio doors from the living area and the bedroom too. Very central to restaurants and shops, with the facilities of the hotel available also, loved our stay here and would love to stay here again.

My holiday

The apartment was clean and welcoming with a lovley view. The area was lively but all music ceased at midnight. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

Another lovely stay at Santa Maria complex love the location central to everything will def be back. Great to have air con in front room and fan in bedroom.

Great apartment

Lovely apartment, spacious, well equipped with great views. The host Katherine responded to queries quickly.Would have been excellent but found the bedroom quite bright through the night, would benefit from blackout curtains

Good holiday

The apartment was very nice had everything we needed and a few extras ie shopping trolley was very useful.beds and sofa were only downside we had was could have done with a little more privercy on the lift side very comfortable

Fun in the sun

Apartment true to photos, air con a blessing!!!! Wi- fi would have been appreciated, but did not waste our stay. Would definitely be back 😎☀️☀️👍

Does the job

Room is very dated and needs an upgrade. A couple of quid spent here and there would improve the stay. Even a new shower head would be good. It does the job a place to sleep

Very convenient and well located apartment in Costa Adeje! We had a lovely first family holiday here. It was great to be able to use the onsite swimming pool and so close to everything we could possibly need. Also a nice view from the balcony, which never got too sunny because of the position, which was ideal for us! There was very easy and quick communication with Katherine, who always replied to my messages straight away and was also helpful before our arrival. We were allowed late checkout on the day of our departure which was really kind! It meant we didnt have to hang around with our 5 month old baby with luggage for the whole day and could even enjoy the pool before we left. The apartment itself is pretty dated and in some cases a bit dirty such as the shower curtain in the bathroom and the microwave is quite old. The fridge is also a little rusty inside. But in terms of the value for money you get here it's perfect, especially with the Aircon as that was a god send! (especially with a baby on our first holiday away in a hot climate). Not many other apartments in this location have Aircon for this price! Being able to cook our own food was convenietn and it was nice that there was some cleaning bits and seasonings left behind by other people. Some apartment places throw this stuff away after and you have to bring all the stuff with you. Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyable holiday

When we got to apartment reception staff rude as we weren't booked through hotel got in room bit dated needs new mattress on one of beds musty smell as we walked in but got air freshener from supermarket sorted that out apartment location good just a few things needs updating

The propert had everything we needed but the washing machine didn't work. I contacted the owner who replied straihht away and arranged for someone to look at it, unfortunately it couldnt be fixed and a new one was ordered which would be coming a couple of days after our stay. None the less, our stay was very enjoyable and communication with the owner was excellent.

Only one thing missing!

The apartment is located very centrally and close to all amenities in the Santa Maria aparthotel. Communication with the provider prior to and during our stay was 100% satisfactory. The decor is traditional and reasonably comfortable with adequately stocked with kitchen utensils and crockery. On the less good side, we found the sofa quite uncomfortable to sit on (we didn't need to use it much anyway, so not really a problem). However, the one thing missing was the lack of sun on the balcony due to the location on the North-west side of the building. We knew before we booked that there would be limited sunshine, however during our 2 weeks in March, despite 14 days of sunshine, none of it came near the balcony of this apartment.
