Dejligt velholdt ferie ressort. Stort udeareal, med mange pools. Værelse fint med stor seng, dejligt badeværelse. Bruser havde været at foretrække. Altan stor, men lidt mørk. Personalet behageligt. Hvorfor ikke 5 stjerner? : der står i brochuren at hotellet har 4 restauranter, og så er der kun to- det er altså falsk markedsføring. Også selvom de snart lukker helt ned pga renovering. Indtjekning burde også være mere moderne og hurtigt. Og app indcheckning, uden div.krav om at skulle modtage markedsføring.

Bonjour, Le soir de notre arrivée le 6 août 2025, nous avons vu deux cafards dans notre chambre. La réception nous a dit d’attendre le lendemain (!) pour voir si le problème continuait, auquel cas ils nous changeraient de chambre. Le lendemain, nous avons vu trois autres cafards. Ne voulant pas déranger et pensant qu’il y aurait aussi des cafards ailleurs, nous avons tenté de les chasser par nous-mêmes et de dormir lumières allumées car ça les éloigne. La troisième nuit, en voulant boire de l’eau j’ai trouvé un cafard sur ma bouteille d’eau et sur le doudou de mon fils de 3 ans, à 20 cm de sa tête. Je précise que je suis enceinte et que les cafards sont extrêmement dangereux car ils transportent la listériose et la salmonellose, deux infections graves qui tuent les fœtus. Ayant vécu une fausse couche avant, c’est évidemment un traumatisme que je souhaite à tout prix ne pas revivre. Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre. Nous n’avons plus eu de cafards, et avons été surpris de réaliser que la deuxième chambre donnait sur la mer alors que la première donnait sur l’immeuble du Hard Rock Hôtel, que la climatisation, le ventilateur et le wifi fonctionnaient alors que ce n’était pas le cas dans la première chambre, et nous pensions que c’était comme ça dans tout l’hôtel, mais pas du tout ! Et la deuxième chambre était plus petite mais nous avons quand même payé le même prix que pour la grande.

The room service is the best! They do your room every day, towels replaced daily, they perfectly clean your room and do your bed daily, this is awesome! There are plenty of activities and attractions inside the hotel, it is also well located, closed to the sea and near of markets and small shopping locations. It is also ALL INCLUSIVE, so you don't need to spend money on anything else but your vacation activities. The only thing that can be improved is the food, in my opinion, the food is average compared to other competitors, however, our overall experience despite the food, is excellent and will definitely coming back! Thank you!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! This hotel looks good in the pictures but is very different in reality. The hotel is 20 years old and in serious need of repairs. I don't mean refurbishment just to update and make it look nice, I mean it needs *repairs". My wife and I checked out early from our 10 days package deal because of the atrocious rooms: - Dirty bathtub with yellow/black water filling the tub - The water would not drain properly from the tub so that you end up bathing in your own dirt. Same prooblem even when we changed rooms - Fridge not working (this was fixed) - Loose headboard above the bed so that everytime you leant back in the bed you felt like the headboard may come crashing down - DANGEROUSLY loose power socket in wall. Everytime we unplugged something from that socket the actual socket cover would come off exposing the electrics behind the socket. Extremely dangerous! Thank god we don't have kids. - Creaking lifts and slow to open doors. Floor display panel in lift broken and almost falling down. I have videos of most of the above and used it to get my money back. The staff are nice and try to be as helpful as they can but what can they do when the hotel is falling apart? They try their best. The food is middling, sometimes it's good, other times it's bland and not very interesting. The pools look to be in good condition and the spa is good. But I would not go here for free and neither should you.

The Bahia Principe Sunlight was an incredible place. Stayed there for 9 nights and it exceeded expectations. The staff were very lovely and friendly. The food and drink was abundant beyond comprehension! And there was awesome live entertainment everyday and night! Will be staying here again in a couple years time!

Hôtel spacieux, lumineux, magnifique et un personnel, efficace et agréable. La formule tout inclus est très pratique, le buffet est varié et frais. Seul regret, toutes les Piscine ne sont pas chauffées. Le service de chambre à 8h du matin est assez bruyant mais le service de chambre est agréable et efficace.
