"Beautiful hotel with fantastic views, staff and pool areas. Made to feel special from the moment we checked in. Spacious rooms with an extremely comfortable bed. Great options for breakfast and waiter service at pool areas. No sunbed reservations which made finding a sunbed at any time of day easy. Fantastic views meant a bit of a hill to walk back up to hotel, but very cheap taxi fare if you chose not to walk it. "

Fantastic hotel, pools, all inclusive, rooms were perfect for sharing - 2 per room (make sure you message in advance for this), we went for 3 nights, the weather, saxophone player around the pool, restaurants. Only niggle was music turning off at midnight. This hotel is a super fun hotel… not for anyone who wants a quiet getaway. "

"The hotel and experience from start to finish was 10/10. We ate most of our meals at the hotel because it was soo good! The staff couldnt do enough for you and everyone is so friendly. We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it. Even though the hotel clearly has lots of guests, it never felt full due to how big the hotel is and theres so many different areas to relax. "

The only caveat is the uphill walk—so if you’re venturing out on foot, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, the views and surroundings make it worth every step. What truly sets this place apart is the thoughtful touch on departure day. You can leave your luggage safely, enjoy a final dip in the swimming pool, and even freshen up in a courtesy room with clean towels before heading off. It’s that kind of attention to detail that makes you feel genuinely cared for. "Great property, amenities, spotless room and very kind staff! Everything was great and the bed was very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to reconsider what image they’re marketing. Turn off the exceptionally loud pool music. It gave the impression that they were trying to push a young and hip vibe for the place but that simply wasn’t the kind of clientele on site. Likewise, soundproofing the room doors to combat the basketball court right outside everyone’s room would be wise. Very bizarre location for the court."
