Not quite 4 stars.

The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk needs training including the manager who would not let us stay 20 minutes past check out rushing us out. The sink was clogged and nothing was done about it. The ac thermostat did not work properly. Mildew in the bathroom.

Super holiday

We thought the hotel was lovely, clean pleasant areas to sit and relax in pool area very clean. Breakfast was amazing ! Everything you could possible want ! Cold or hot. The bedrooms were simple clean and the little kitchen area was perfect (although) we didn’t use it. Nice to have British tv stations on the tv. We had a lovely stay and would go again

Fragwürdiges Management des Hotels

Leider wurden meine Freundin und ich sowie einige andere Gäste zu Unrecht beschuldigt, Nachts zu laut gewesen zu sein. So wurde uns durch die Managerin ohne jegliche Beweise mit dem Rauswurf gedroht. Um dies zu Umgehen, musste wir eine Kaution von 120€ hinterlegen (Foto anbei). Von dem Zeitpunkt an hatten wir ein unwohles Gefühl, dass das Management vom Hotel uns jederzeit und ohne Grund rauswerfen würde und dafür noch extra Geld kassieren könnte. Fast jeden Morgen sahen und hörten wir Gäste an der Rezeption mit der Managerin über gleiche Vorwürfe diskutieren. Am Ende haben wir das Geld wieder bekommen, andere Gäste hatten da weniger Glück. Abgesehen davon wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt und es war dementsprechend sehr sauber. Zimmer, Pool und Fitnessbereich sind sehr gut. Das Personal abgesehen von der Managerin auch sehr nett.

5 min Fußweg zum Strand einfach genial / Check in sehr unfreundlich- Personal generell nicht ganz so motiviert. Küchenausstattung reicht gerade so um eine Kleinigkeit zu machen mehr aber auch nicht. Jeden Abend Musik auf der Terrasse bis min 23 Uhr das muss man halt wollen oder eben nicht. Generell sehr von Engländern dominiert.

You could be moved hotel!!

We originally booked to stay at this hotel. We arrived and they explained they had overbooked the rooms. As a result, we were then moved to its sister hotel 'Hotel Coral Suites & Spa'. This is on the other side of Playa De Las Americas, so expect a completely different location! The hotel is still being built, so building work noise from 7am-5pm everyday. We would recommend you do not book Coral Ocean View as it is not worth the risk of being moved hotel!!! This was reported to hotels.com who gave me some compensation for this.

Hotel moderno. La camera è luminosa, spaziosa, ben arredata, munita di tutti i confort e con un bagno altrettanto grande e accogliente. Praticamente una camera da residence. In hotel c’è tutto: piscina, palestra, solarium, nonché bar e ristorante a prezzi modici. La pulizia è ossessiva. La prima colazione ottima. Per raggiungerlo non fidatevi del navigatore che è impreciso: impostate calle Venezuela e lo trovate sulla sinistra dopo 200 mt.?

Schönes Urlaubshotel

Sehr sauberes Hotel, alle sind freundlich, Hotel und Einrichtung ist alles in weiß gehalten, auch im Zimmer weißer Marmorboden und Sesseln, alles hell , ruhig, schöner Ausblick auf den Stand - Gehzeit etwa 5 - 10 Minuten . Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut, frisch gepresster Orangensaft. Kaum deutsch sprachige Urlauber, sehr viele Skandinavier, Abendessen haben wir nicht genützt, es gibt viele Restaurants entlang der Promenade. Im Zimmer befindet sich eine kleine Küche, auch eine Waschmaschine steht im Bad, haben alles nicht benützt. Nachdem wir am Abreisetag bereits vor dem Frühstück aufbrechen mussten erhielten wir auf Anfrage ein Lunchpaket mit. Die Rezeptionistin sorgte beim Check out dann auch noch dafür, dass wir noch einen Kaffee erhielten, was wir sehr nett fanden. Danke

Esta cerca de la playa. Sobre 5 minutos caminando.

Personal muy agradable. Hotel orientado a clientes extranjeros, apenas y eso se nota en la restauración, comidas muy dirigidas hacia ellos.
