Excellent Azul Villa with Sea View, Private Pool, Terrace and Wi-Fi
Luxurious 3-bedroom Villa with private heated pool, and large pool-terrace with shower. Also, there is a spacious terrace over the roof, solarium, with views of the ocean, La Gomera, and Mount Teide.
Located in the south of the island, in the popular town of Callao Salvaje, 25 km from the international airport and approximately 10 km from Playa de Las Americas. About 700 meters the new sandy beach.
Bedrooms:
Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Patio doors leading to pool area. Bedroom 2: twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table, mirror and fan.
Bedroom 3: single bed with full size pull out bed.
Bathrooms:
En-suite to bedroom 1 fully modernised, bath, overhead shower, bidet, WC and hair-dryer. Shower room, enclosed shower cubicle, WC, hair-dryer and washing machine.
Kitchen:
Equipped with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric juicer, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
Utility Room:
External, housing sun-lounger mattresses/cushions.
Living Room:
Lounge/diner with 2 leather sofas, dining table 6 chairs, Flat screen TV with European Satellite Channels.
A covered terrace and a large open terrace around the private Roman style pool which is heated during cold months. The pool is accessible by steps and the depth is 1m to 1.5m it is 9m long and 3.2m wide.
There is a cast iron BBQ with sun loungers patio table and chairs. There is a private pool and a garden, a BBQ area with a view of the ocean and La Gomera.
About 10 minutes walk to an exclusive Grand Hotel Callao.
You can enjoy the fantastic sports facilities: golf pitch & putt ( 9 holes), Golf school for different levels, 3 tennis courts, 3 paddle courts, 1 squash court, and multisport gym located at Spa centre. New modern Spa Center, set in Mayan culture, There is a rental charge for the wi-fi router and high-chair or cot, for the Villa cleaning, and for the pool heating during cold months, and a refundable damage deposit paid when checking-in.
