El camarero Michelle que tanto en el Restaurante como en el bar intentaba agilizar la falta de personal ofreciendo un trato especial a todos y cada uno. La socorrista de la piscina Pepi facilitando el bienestar durante la permanencia en piscina de grandes y pequeños. El spa está muy bien calidad-precio a pesar de que no funcionan ni el jacuzzi ni la sala polar. En cuanto a cosas por mejorar: A pesar de no aparentar máxima ocupación se denota falta de personal en el comedor y bar. De cuatro habitaciones pusimos en comentarios de dos la posibilidad de habitaciones cerca y por teléfono se les indicó de otra de las habitaciones, pero no lo tuvieron en cuenta. La animación deja mucho que desear, es orientada a franceses (no hay actividades para niños españoles durante nuestra estancia). El sábado el espectáculo es muy comercial, sacan unas rapaces para que luego pagues la foto, siendo muy sencillo el espectáculo y no habiendo equipo de animación el sábado. En el buffet del desayuno faltan algunas cosas como jamón serrano. La calidad de los cocktail medio-bajo.

In average - this is not a 4**** hotel I would say at least 3***, needs a good renovation. Hotel is not worth those money we paid for; orientated mostly for French people. Wifi "free" only for 1 hour per day! After you can use Internet in the lobby for €1.00 per hour. Food is crap! Restaurant looks like canteen, all plates MUST be changed! Very disappointed! The barmen - Italian lad - is the best person, without him our stay would be ruined completely. Entertainment was very poor!

Minder goed; eten; weinig keuze , niet lekker, ongezellig restaurant, drukke obers... 1 onbeleefde bediende aan de balie(sprak Nederlands) was heel kortaf en niet hulpvaardig, gaven geen up to date informatie, hebben geen plannetje waarop het hotel staat. Weinig tot geen animatie, geplande activiteiten gaan niet altijd door... Lawaaierige poetsvrouwen die niet echt poetsen...bedden worden dichtgelegd maar onderlaken wodt niet glad getrokken...naast de lavabo blijft het zeepje plakken en wordt daar niet gepoetst... Hotel ligt echt ver weg van zee en al zeker van strand! Wel goed; kamers en badkamer, groot terras met zeezicht, tv werkte wel niet...1 kamersleutel is wel te weinig... mooi aangelegd park met ooie bloemen en planten, mooi golfterrein....

Lovely restful Hotel.

Had two restful weeks which was wanted. There was every oportunity to sightsee. Staff and service and choice of food excellent. Found the walk down to the rooms steep. Would need to book rooms on the level at side of hotel if having walking difficulty. Certainly recommend!

Al buscar el hotel ponía todo incluido, no sé qué pasó con la reserva que llegamos con una pensión completa, pensaba que era lo mismo. Llegamos a la piscina y pedimos unos refrescos y nos lo cobraron por falta de información desde el principio al no explicarnos que ccorresponde a la pensión completa. La cual es solo es las comidas principales, sin bebidas, las cuales las cobran a parte i carísimas. Un vaso de cola de máquina 2€, botella de agua grande 2,50€... y la comida nada del otro mundo. Las toallas para usar en la piscina hay que pedirlas en el spa, dejando un depósito de 10€ por toalla... :( La habitación que nos dieron parecía un horno, anticuada, el techo del baño con hongo; el suelo, el cubridor del papel higiénico y la papelera super sucias, al igual que los colchones y los cubrecama. No me gustó para nada.

El hotel en general está bastante bien aunque para ser un cuatro estrellas debería estar en mejores condiciones. Reformas y arreglos de varios desperfectos en las habitaciones. La comida mejorable. el Servicio de Todo incluido mejorable. El servicio de Todo Incluido en el bar piscina muy pobre ( Una hamburguesa que solo incluye pan y la carne), esta situación me pareció absurdo. Pizzas congeladas y el trato del personal de este bar muy mejorable. Los espectáculos muy malos. Hay que contratar otro tipo de espectáculo mas acorde y con mas calidad que la ofrecida los días de estancia.

OK, but not a 4-star hotel

Overall the hotel was fine. Some hidden costs IMO. We had full board, which covers room and food; note, drinking water - even at lunch and dinner - is charged. The room (double as two singles) was sufficient as a base, and generally nice and quiet (couldn't hear the road, or most other guests); air-con I think was for show only, as it didn't seem to make any impression on the room temperature. The spa is charged at €15 per person per day, so we didn't use it: I think they are misleading in their wording on the website. The bar and waiting staff were very friendly, and clearly made a lot of effort. One of the receptionists, on the other hand, was pretty unapproachable and seemed aggravated by our presence. The bar serves decent cocktails, which were well priced, though beers, wines, and water are marked up significantly; and it's a shame the evening keyboard player - slash one-man band - felt the need to turn up the volume so much. (I don't want to be mean, so will just leave it at that). The pool was ok, but at no point did they turn on the waterfall; I think it is only used now for marketing. Food-wise (buffets): breakfasts were so-so, and the coffee is terrible; lunches and dinners were good, and varied throughout the week. Again, I think for full board, drinks (at least water, surely) should be included.

No volvería, decepcionada.

Se ve muy bonito y acogedor, pero la realidad es que le sobran estrellas. Trato en la recepción super seco, la comida toda fría y una pinta desagradable. En el restaurante vajilla, cubertería sin repasar, super sucia. Las habitaciones amplias, pero los colchones de vergüenza, te undias por el medio.

El hotel no está mal pero tiene muchas cosas que mejorar como el mobiliario q esta muy viejo y la limpieza q esta un poco escasa tanto en las habitaciones como en zonas comunes. El último día de la estancia solicitamos un picnic y la chica morena q nos atendió además de ser un poco desagradable no lo dejo apuntado y cuando hemos hecho el cheking nos dijeron q no había picnic preparado para nosotros.Así q la despedida del hotel ha sido un tanto amarga. Destacar el gran trabajo y profesionalidad de los camareros del bufete.
