Holiday Finca Tenplata with Sea View, Wi-Fi, Garden & Terrace

A country house in rural Tenerife near Tijoco Bajo. The 120m² Finca Tenplata consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a washing machine, as well as a portable radiator, which is available on request.

Outside, you will find a private garden, as well as a furnished terrace with both open and uncovered areas, along with a grill. From the outside area, you can see the sea, as well as the rugged interior of the island. The property also has a dog, four donkeys and chickens.

The nearest supermarket is in Tijoco Bajo, which is less than 10 minutes away by car (2.5km). Here you will also find a few other shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is the Playa de Erques, a beautiful rocky beach located at the mouth of a small stream just 5 minutes drive away (2km). Tenerife South Airport is less than 30 minutes away by car (30km).

Casa rural especial

Pros: Alessandro fue un magnífico anfitrión, con muchos detalles durante la estancia. La finca es muy peculiar, con rincones particulares y algunos animales. Esta bien dotada de servicios, enseres y juegos infanriles. Cons: Acceso algo incómodo de dos kms desde la carretera.

Aktiver Wander- und Badeurlaub, ohne Schnickschnak, mit einheimischen Flair

Pros: Sehr ruhige Lage und super freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Alessandro ist absolut hilfsbereit falls etwas fehlt (kaum hatten wir nach einer Kaffeemaschine gefragt, fuhr er los und kaufte eine!). Super entspannt und herzlicher Mensch, der schnell zum Freund wird, ankommen und wohlfühlen! Die Straße zur Finka, zwischen den Plantagen wird normal nur von Einheimischen genutzt. Für Fahranfänger und/oder große/tiefergelegt Autos nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man aber einmal schon selbst nach Masca gefahren ist, ist die Anfahrt zur Finka kein Problem mehr. Nach dem 2. Tag sowieso nicht mehr... Dafür ist die Lage genial um alle Ecken der Insel zu erkunden! Selbstversorgung mit ausreichender Küche die wir aber nur fürs Frühstück mit täglich frischen Eiern genutzt haben. Morgens hört man nur die Esel kurz und den Hahn, ansonsten Ruhe pur! Super geeignet für Aktivurlaub mit einheimischen Flair! Cons: Nichts! Allerdings sollte niemand herkommen, der zu empfindlich ist.

Spacious, original, clean friendly.

Alessandro, our host, was very friendly, couldn't do enough to make us happy. Property very spacious it is an old banana farmers cottage so basic and rambling. Very quiet surrounded by banana plantations. Driving to and from it quite a challenge though can get to selection of beaches in 15 minutes. No toaster or microwave TV Spanish only but good WiFi. We had a great original idiosyncratic holiday despite poor weather at the house away from built up horrors on the coast

Rustikal, einfach, sauber, gut gelegen - eben typisch kanarisch. Sehr liebevoller und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, absolute Ruhe, Küste, Restaurant und Supermarkt, Hauptstraße in direkter Nähe; Mietwagen muss sein
