Superb hotel, great location for ourselves, 3rd time visiting and we love this hotel. Room was lovely and clean, we chose to overlook the pool area. Breakfast is outstanding, probably the best you can get. Staff and housekeeping are are great, super professional. I’d highly highly recommend this hotel, we couldn’t fault it.

Overall we were pleased with to hotel. The staff were fabulous. We did the half board, breakfast only. So many options to choose. We had one problem that was never resolved, the air conditioning. Unfortunately we had to ask for a fan to cool our room.

The service was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially a lady by the name of of Sonsolas at the Guest Experience desk and Fabian at check in desk The amenities was let down by the very low powered air conditioning that on warmer nights made sleeping uncomfortable. Also only one small bottle of water was provided for the whole stay. Thank goodness there is a mini supermarket across the road for bottle water. There was no tissue box. Food at restaurants were good. We had breakfast and dinner. Location is excellent, walking distance to shops and restaurants We would stay there again

Location: Great location as its on the main board walk in town and allows you to walk either east or west to other areas. Easy access from the main island highway. Hotel: Very nice, quiet with great amenities. We had VIP access which was wonderful and we utilized each day.Room: Very nice, quiet, spacious with good views. I would certainly stay here again.
