Family stay

The property was beautiful with the most perfect view! Local to costa adeje the hill walk is abit of a leg killer but the weather so nice to walk so you dont mind it! I will deffo be ataying hear regularly every time i come! Thank you for having me and my family

Everything as presented

Our apartment was exactly as they showed us in the pictures. Modern, clean, large enough for 2 adults and 2 children (5&7). The pool was freezing cold, not heated, that’s the only negative point. Fresh sheets and towels, great location, 13 min walk to the beach. We will return!

Totally misleading

We were led to believe we were booking the property in the picture with a private owner. Our allocated property bore no resemblance to it. It was unbelievably shabby with bashed and peeling paintwork in desperate need of a total refurb. In fact it was an insult to us.

Die Unterkunft und das ganze Team vor Ort war super. Dagegen die Serviceleistungen von Ferienwohnung direkt ist unterirdisch.wir hatten über Ferienwohnung direkt eine Ferienwohnung mir 2 Schlafzimmer gebucht. Vor Ort angekommen stellten wir fest das es leider nur ein Schlafzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war. Ferienwohnung direkt daraufhin per tel. kontaktiert und die Auskunft bekommen das Sie da nicht machen können oder wollen, da es sich wohl bei de Beschreibung um eine Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer handeln würde aber im Untermenü erklärt wäre das es nur 1 Schlafzimmer und ne Schlafcouch wäre. Die Rezeption vor Ort .Das Team von Haciendas hat uns dann kostenfrei das richtige Apartment nach 3 Tagen überlassen. Toller Service und viel Verständnis für unsere Lage. Auch die Ferienwohnung war klasse mit einem Hammer Ausblick. Hierkommen wir immer wieder gerne hin aber nie wieder buche ich über Ferienwohnung direkt.
