"Staff extremely polite, friendly and helpful. It was not a problem to extend check out to 11.00 or leave our car parked in the car park for a few more hours after check out, at no extra cost for either. (However, this may not always be possible but we stayed at a quiet time) There aren't many on-site parking spaces so get a request in early and on arrival, just park up on the street outside the reception door first, as finding the park is tricky and you need a fob from reception to open the security roller. Location is within minutes of walking to the beach & marina. Jetty Road, with the shops, bars & tramline, is virtually on the doorstep. Our stay was very peaceful with a comfy bed but tv only had free tv channels (no Netflix etc). Towels were white & fluffy and washer/drier in the bathroom was a welcome bonus. Only one small sachet of washing powder is provided but you can ask for more. All in all, recommend this place."

"we have been upgraded to a top floor room: great lay-out of the apartment, with uninterrupted ocean views. the apartment would be great with a little bit more of maintenance: walls and doors need a coat of paint here and there. some amenities in the bathrooms (we had 3 !!) would go a long way. pity only one of restaurants was open: it looks like the other one is often closed. overall a great place to stay, with friendly staff and parking available at ground level. "

"Close to the main town and beach. It’s a functional value accom. Limited reception and being unable to call anyone on an international mobile (which would not connect) was a bit frustrating on arrival and departure. It would have been a big issue had I arrived late in the evening with luggage. That needs better address. But otherwise a pleasant stay."
