Room was clean, staff was nice and breakfast was okay, but not outstanding.

At first, the check in with a new staff was a bit unpleasant. Later the evening gentleman was very kind, initiated to make the stay better. We are grateful for him and the hotel.

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig abseits, verteilt ueber mehrere Gebaeude und ist sehr ruhig. Ein sehr schöner Garten. Zimmerpflanzen ueberall - das ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Wir hatten "Standard" Zimmer gebucht, in denen die Ausstattung schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen war (das kleine Bad war aber neu renoviert). Værelset var godt og rent. Morgenmad helt perfekt og høflig betjening. Aftensmad var også rigtig god, forskellige retter, helt perfekt.

Convient good price good location for road trip.

I have stayed here 4 times in the past year and it’s always wonderful. I consider it my home away from home. One of my stays was Christmas. My daughter is a student at the University. It is convenient to the train station, shopping and restaurants. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Room is clean.

This hotel is truly a 5 star hotel, the staff is fantastic, kind ,friendly And so helpful. Also the hotel belongs to relais & Chateaux The hotel has won the prestigious 5 C rating and has been a member Since 1999. THE 5 C’s are. Character, Courtesy, Calm, Charm, And Cuisine. This is a great honor. Like restaurant with Michelin Stars. Make no mistake ....this hotel is one of the best.

All OK except the following: The bed was two single beds pushed against each other. While sleeping the bed moved between me and my wife. It was not at all comfortable. For couple it would have been better to give single bed that would have made the intimacy better 😎😊

Room was clean and quiet, a bit utilitarian and old but not in bad condition. Perfect for what I needed. Breakfast was great, location was perfect!

I just loved this classic old German hotel. It was exactly what we needed for our one-nigut stay in Göttingen. Most importantly: this hotel has WASHCLOTHS! The only one I've found in many years of European travel! But also, every employee we encountered was extremely pleasant, and the room was one of those classic old German hotel rooms work double doors, wooden furniture and big funky windows. The breakfast was very reasonable at €11.50, and we chowed down! I would return anytime.
