The bed was still wet when we got there and reeked of bleach. It seeped through one of my shirts and destroyed it. We had to sleep on the couch the first night. The owner still had laundry down stairs and said he would come in later to get it after we checked in. We waited till he got it to do anything. The door to their house is only lockable...

There was no real kitchen—only a fridge and microwave, and no sink, which made things a bit inconvenient. Also, the ceilings were quite low, around 6 feet, so not ideal for tall people. That said, check-in was smooth and easy, which I appreciated. Just wish the listing had been more accurate."

Hosts communications were clear, responsive, and timely. No problems. Cookies were a special treat upon arrival! I would stay here again. "
