Holiday Home 'La Ketzerie À Adervielle' with Mountain View and Private Garden

House in Adervielle, Louron Valley, at an altitude of 980 m. In the former schoolmaster’s house, in the Louron Valley, we can accommodate up to 10 people, whether you are coming as a family or a group. In the center of a small, authentic Pyrenean village, you have access to numerous hikes of all levels without needing a car. Whether you enjoy mushroom picking, skiing, wellness, fishing, gastronomy, mountain biking, cycling, trail running, or visiting Romanesque churches, all of this is less than 4 km away.



The house is both peaceful and close to all amenities: shops and markets (Loudenvielle 5 min, Génos 3 min, Arreau 15 min), wellness center 5 min, ski resorts 15 min. In one hour, you can reach Spain or the Néouvielle massif. You also enjoy an 800 m² garden.



The 170 m², recently renovated with natural materials (stone, wood, eco-friendly paints), are designed to preserve large living spaces. On the ground floor, you enter through the laundry/workshop/vestibule (25 m²), ideal for storing your leisure equipment. Then you access a large living area of 75 m² with kitchen, dining room, and lounge with pellet stove. A shower room with WC is at the end of the corridor.



Upstairs, a space remains free for zen activities (yoga, reading, singing, etc.). Two bedrooms with three beds each and a mezzanine with two beds are available. The 90x200 beds can be joined or separated. A travel cot is available for a baby. Two other beds are separated by screens: one 140x190 cm bed and one boat bed of 175x100 cm.



Sheets, towels, and tea towels are provided. Electricity consumption is available for an extra fee during the winter period. Cleaning is available for an extra fee, to be paid on arrival.
