"Había obras en el hotel y desde las 20 h hasta las 22:30 estuvieron haciendo ruido.A la hora del check out el recepcionista nos informa que no tiene ninguna relación con hoteles.com y que debemos proceder a abonar la noche por lo que nos ponemos en contacto con hoteles.com y estos después de 10 horas lo único que hemos conseguido es que se pongan en contacto con el hotel pero no el reembolso del mismo."

"So many problems. 1st Google Maps had the location 500m away on thr opposite side of the median. 2nd they couldn't find my reservation. 3rd after they found my reservation they didn't have my reserved suite available. 4th they offered a different room that was a smoking room. No refund was offered for the downgraded room. 5th sevice in the cafe was very slow & the room was cold because people kept going outside to smoke."

"Dinner was delicious and a great value for the price. Breakfast was okay - not as much of selection and fresh ingredients but you get what you pay for. The staff was friendly and attentive. But the room was not what I expected. There was a large white stain on our wooden floors and the bathroom and bathroom water stunk like sewage. "The Tugra is a great hotel with modern spacious rooms, helpful staff and a good breakfast. It is in a convenient location for the centre of town and if, like us, you are staying on Adiyaman to go to Mount Nemrut, the very helpful Veka travel company is close to the hotel. They provided us with a car and driver to take us to Nemrut and several.other sites at a very reasonable price."
