"Probably one of the worst hotel stays we've had. The hotel was quiet and there was ample parking, although parking in the rear of the building did not seem well lit. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided by the hotel were awful and stunk, and although the room was clean it was incredibly dark with very poor lighting. Tiny TV, and the most uncomfortable bed. When I mentioned the bed to the front desk, we were told that all the beds were new and that "most people like them". We came back to the hotel on our second evening to find signs on the elevators that they were out of order. We were on the fourth floor. Their solution? See if the elevator will work. Did not bother with their breakfast after we got cups of apple juice that were just slightly yellow water."

"Breakfast didn’t have any eggs or meats available. It was just cereal and waffles. There was also not a water fountain for drinking water or to refill water bottles. Other than that, it was a good stay, the room was good and clean."

"When we stay someplace we prefer not to do any house keeping. They had us throw our own trash and we had to leave early 5:30 am for a hospital procedure. This seems to be a trend and i dont care for it. Plus i am quite sure people are living there. Just gotten much worse since last time. We will not stay there again"

"Our family spent four nights at this home last week. There were five adults and 4 children, ages 10-14. The place was clean and exactly as described. The pontoon was fun for exploring the lake and the kids did a little fishing. Because it is a private lake, no fishing licenses are required. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hottub. The kitchen was well supplied and we really enjoyed all of the seating on the patio. We also had fun playing pool. The location of this home was great...close to 101 and also to many restaurants and stores. We've stayed at other homes in Scottsdale that are out in the country, and decided we prefer a location that is close to so many amenities. This home is a great choice!"
