"Excellent stay"

"I had to leave after staying one night. The halls were permeated with the strong smell of tobacco and marijuana smoke. I woke up congested and with my face swollen because I am allergic to both. Even though my room was supposedly a non-smoking room, there were enough "smoking" rooms around me that it didn't make a difference. The mirror was dirty, and so was the floor of the bathroom. The front desk person I interacted with was pleasant enough, but I can't expect them to be responsible for all the issues I had. I was thankfully able to change my reservation."

"I was in the Phoenix area for a week long work training. I switched over to Drury after having a dreadful experience at a different hotel, and it was a stark difference. I was checked-in by a very friendly desk attendant (male, with glasses and spikey hair. He forgot his hearing aids that day), who gave me a parking tip that guaranteed that I had a spot next to an entrance every single day, no matter what time I got back. I didn't make it to happy hour each night, but the nights I did, the ladies serving up drinks were so welcoming and sweet. One offered delicious suggestions to customize my orders; an olive in the chardonnay, and maraschino cherries in the Moscato! The other one accommodated my request to take my drinks up to my room, and offered a lovely chat about books and movies. The room was so well situated to meet my needs. I had a place for everything, and it was so relaxing to return to after the long training days."

"We went for a concert and was a great spot to State Farm stadium! The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool as well with the perfect weather. "

"AMAZING property!! This house has so many amenities! We stayed here with our four kids (teens and tweens) and here is just a quick snapshot of what they did during the week at the rental alone: fishing, star gazing, swimming, biking, exploring the neighborhood, family game nights, used the hot tub, watched 3D movies and played pinball! This house is close to the highway for easy access for day trips to Sedona/Grand Canyon, but nestled away where you can enjoy peace and quiet or a morning watching the wildlife on the backyard. Virginia and Joe are amazing hosts and this is by far our most favorite spring break yet. Thank you for all of the starter items too - it was truly a “dream” from a mom’s point of view! "

"Perfect in every way!!"

"The outside activities were awesome but the inside of the house was another thing! The freezer didn’t have a handle so you had to open the refrigerator to access it and it wasn’t easy, the lighting system was ridiculous, the light in the master shower would turn off randomly, if someone turned a light on in the bedroom ALL the house lights turned on. The bedroom in the spirts room had black mold on the walls and carpet!!! When we got there 2 off the garbage cans were full and the greeter told us to let her know when we needed it emptied, we did and she made us take a picture of it like we were lying! The comforter in 3 of the bedrooms had urine stains on them and then we found out they don’t wash the comforter, we’re told to just fold them and put them on the beds. The washer reeked of mildew because they don’t crack open the door like you should on a front The furniture and carpet had stains on them. The pictures of the property were probably taken when they first opened it for rental. There was so much chlorine in the pool that it turned the bathing suits green. "

"This place was perfect ! It was just as advertised, a perfect house !! The back yard was perfect for our family to get together with the pool, hot tub, tv, several different seating areas ! We really enjoyed taking a couple of pontoon boat rides ! The pool table was a nice bonus feature ! I could go on and on .... Made for a wonderful vacation ! "
