Manager Charles went out of his way to be supportive and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Additionally, the meals prepared by his wife were simply outstanding, adding a delightful touch to our visit. The serene and peaceful atmosphere of the place made it an ideal retreat. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a restful and welcoming stay."

"A lovely backwater stay. Beautiful grounds. We really enjoyed the boat ride. The restaurant was the only disappointment. Despite repeated communication that one person did not want hot food and assurances that they would alter the food, it was still too spicy hot to eat."

"Generally I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very pleasant, the restaurant was fine, and the hotel was near a number of interesting sites. However, the hotel could benefit from a few minor but noticeable signs of aging. My recommendation to the hotel is to replace the hall carpet and elevator flooring, repaint the room walls, and reseal and paint the lobby roof, which is on display when taking the elevator. Also please, drop the elevator music, or replace it once in a while."
