"We enjoyed our stay at Astor Hotel Athens. Arrived a couple of hours before check in and were able to get into the room since it was available. Our room had a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The breakfast buffet was fresh and the dining area had views of the Acropolis."

"It was a nice experience overall. My only complaint is that the property allows for you to reserve pool chairs. This should be nice but many people never showed and the chairs sat empty all day with reserve sign still on them."

"The location was perfect. I could easily walk to all the attractions. The rooftop restaurant is the best. Had amazing views of the Acropolis everyday. The breakfast buffet was healthy and delicious. I was invited with fresh squeezed orange juice everyday during breakfast along with a fresh pot of coffee. That set the right mood for the day. The staff were friendly and informative. Overall, highly recommend the hotel."

"The front desk staff and bellhops were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has been totally remodeled since my last visit and is now quite sleek and modern. The roof top dining area offers a fantastic view of the Acropolis/Parthenon. We ate dinner twice at the restaurant and found the food to be delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was great, with the managers checking in with us during both occasions. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Athens!"

"Staff is EXTREMELY friendly, however they are not up to date with everything in the city, this is NOT a complaint, the front desk people did look up a couple of things, but I guess they can't know everything that is happening, the DO try, so I very much appreciate it. Location was perfect, very nice breakfast spread, if I were to visit Athens again I would definitely stay again."
