N'hésitez pas, la location est géniale et très bien située. Dans un coin très calme mais paradoxalement à 500m de toutes les commodités (encore mieux dans quelques mois lorsque le LECLERC et le AUCHAN seront finis de construire...). Dans le logement, tout est équipé pour passer un super séjour qui plus est si vous venez accompagné d'un bébé. Mr et Mme PAOLETTI sont super sympa et très arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Bref, un VRAI BONHEUR. Nous vous la conseillons et y retournerons les yeux fermés.

cette villa est tout à fait conforme à la description, très lumineuse et bien située pour visiter le sud de l'ile comme le nord. Laétitia est une propriétaire charmante qui est très attachée à la propreté de cette villa. Une nouvelle zone commerciale est accessible (5 minutes à pied) pouvant répondre à différents besoins (pain, restauration rapide,...). Pour tous ces points positifs, nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Séjour enchanteur une fois de plus: la maison est vaste et accueillante, proche de la nature avec son jardin; la propriétaire est toujours aussi aimable, disponible et efficace, et la Corse est très belle à l'automne. Nous reviendrons très volontiers. Mme Santi et M. Freze.

Siamo stati in Corsica una settimana in moto. La Sig.ra Letitia è stata gentilissima fin da subito, dal primo momento che l'ho contattata telefonicamente. Disponibile ed anche il marito molto gentile nell'indicarci la strada (premetto che non parlo francese ma entrambi parlano Italiano e comunque si fanno capire benissimo) La casa pulita e molto accogliente. Comoda ai servizi (supermercati e piccoli centri commerciali) e molto comoda per potersi spostare per visitare la Corsica in lungo ed in largo. Dovessi tornare in Corsica ricontatterei la Sig.ra Letitia!!! Grazieeee ho un bellissimo ricordo!!!

Excellent séjour: la maison est spacieuse, moderne et bien équipée; le jardin est très agréable. La vue est splendide, surtout au coucher du soleil. Nous avons pu dormir au calme, en pleine nature, tout en étant près d'Ajaccio et des commerces. Afa occupe une position stratégique et permet d'aller vers la montagne ou vers le bord de mer. La propriétaire est très aimable et toujours disponible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous sommes arrivés avec les enfants et nous avons été accueillis très sympathique des propriétaires. Un très bon net de la villa. Il ya tout le nécessaire pour votre séjour. Beau jardin avec des chaises longues et un barbecue. Les belles plages, le centre-ville d'Ajaccio, supermarchés à quelques minutes en voiture. Avec joie, nous reviendrons encore une fois. Julia et toute la famille

Très bon contact avec Laetitia, toujours disponible et très serviable. La maison est très bien équipée, au calme et à proximité de la mer et des grands axes routiers de l'île. Je recommande très chaleureusement les location avec Laetitia.

Propriétaires on ne peut plus charmant , maison très spacieuse , à proximité d Ajaccio , et de bien d autres merveilles corses , nous n avons pas tout vu , nous reviendrons et ne chercherons pas d autre pied à terre . Un rêve !!!!!!!

Villa très agréable, refaite à neuf, très bien équipée. Située à proximité de Mezzavia, en périphérie d'Ajaccio, c'est le calme assuré. Vous trouverez sur Mezzavia tous les commerces nécessaires mais la voiture est indispensable pour tous vos déplacements. Point de départ idéal pour le Sud de l'île (Bonifacio est à 02H30 de route), pour la visite d’Ajaccio ou plus au nord les calanques de Piana, à 01H30 de route. S'ajoute à cela la gentillesse des propriétaires que nous remercions encore pour leur accueil. Bref, un séjour de rêve sur une île de rêve, à conseiller à tous. Dans notre cas, c'est sur, nous reviendrons.
