It was a beautiful place, very traditional, with gorgeous rooms and central courtyard and a courteous and helpful staff.

The staff were so very helpful. I came down with food poisoning the day we arrived (not caused by this hotel). The staff were so kind and offering advice. They told us where the local pharmacy was. The food was very good, I did have dinner the first night and it was one of the best meals we had in Morocco. Beat expectations in ever since . And … amazing staff that takes care of customers

Very friendly, helpful staff. Property is charming, quiet and comfortable and has lots of character. A bit far from most points of interest, including Djama El Fna, about a 20 min. walk, half on noisy, traffic-filled streets. But easy enough to get taxis to and fro.

It was difficult to locate the property and there are no signs to direct to the property. Once inside, The Kasbah is fantastic surrounded by fruit and olive trees! The dinner was excellent. The staff are very helpful. The room is very well equipped including a wood burning fire place!

The facility is very new. The staff was very frieldly. The views from balcony are excellent

Great value for the price.

This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. Really enjoyed our stay. The owners felt more like hosts sharing their home with us. Great location close to ait Benhaddou but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. They also have a pool with a great view.

We arrived at the hotel after our Sahara trip and it was amazing. Our room was a junior suite but the entire room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. My partner and I had a long stay here and said that we would come back to stay, if/when we visit the area again. The breakfast and menu for other meals is basic, though nothing to complain about. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The spa was also basic, though one might research for a more authentic experience; however, convenience satisfied with a relaxing massage. We had a great stay! The room was well kept and comfortable, the pool was clean, and the breakfast plentiful! Our favorite part was the baby goat running around the courtyard. It is slightly outside of the city, but easy to find and a welcome retreat from the dusty, hot city. We will definitely be back!
