"It's not a hotel. It's rooms in a building converted into hotel rooms. No elevator and no staff to help with luggage. My room about 40 steps up. Had difficulty getting cab service back to the train. The owners were never around and not much help. On a positive note, the room was walkable distance to the major attractions. The small restaurant downstairs was wonderful. "

"Location is very convenient. Kettle wasn’t working so we couldn’t make tea. Towels were not changed during our stay & not enough toilet tissues so we had to go & buy."

"My stay at Le Finestre, was exactly what I was looking for --- in a quiet, friendly, interesting and historic location. The room was more than adequate, providing everything I needed. Even though the location was on a restricted access (pedestrian only) street, the need to carry all belongings to/from was not that far/difficult. I enjoyed the experience in this tourist-y place."
