"Of all hotels I’ve stayed at in the twin cities, I find it very hard to beat this one if you’re looking for a great experience for your money. The property is very clean, we feel very safe without being in an inconvenient location, and we were very comfortable in our room. All of the staff we interacted with were attentive and friendly. For the price, having all of the above, plus free breakfast, free pseudo dinner & drinks service, a clean pool and hot tub, AND free parking, I doubt you will find anything comparable! VERY highly recommend!!"

"I was surprised and disappointed to get my cc statement with a $10.90 charge with no explanation. It took a half an hour to finally figured out they were charging me to park my car. First time in my trip from Portland OR I was charged to park my car. This was so upsetting!! It’s not the amount that will break me it’s the surprise that no one mentioned it.
