"I stayed for an extended period of time. The owner and his sons live on the property, but you won’t see them very much. The property is SO peaceful, quiet, and safe. They’ve been working to improve it and so there’s some renovations and things here and there, but nothing that would make you uncomfortable or disturb you. "Perfect for our little family (kids 5 and 3) to have a safe, quiet stay. Minutes away from Como zoo. Just a few minutes from grocery and several places to eat. Nice residential area and huge yard that the kids loved to play in. Will book again next time! "

The road this house is on is a little louder than I expected and the house could use some window treatments to add some privacy and avoid super early morning wake ups…regardless, I’d stay there again, it was a success!"

"Our group met in St. Paul for an event at the Xcel Center and the house location was perfect. Close to the airport too. Shamrocks is a 10 minute walk and they have a free shuttle to Xcel. There is one private bedroom downstairs and the rest of the sleeping locations are in shared spaces. The upstairs has loft style bedrooms without doors. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again."

It got the job done for the weekend being but we often times had problems with not only the toilet but the sink in which had been previously fixed and broke.
