"The room we rented was clean (except areas under the beds) and cozy. Fresh renovated and really modern. Air conditioning was working properly and was absolutely not noisy. The only problem we had was that the water in the shower would not flow away fast enough, so that we had to kinda wait the water level to go down before the next person could shower."

The only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, which can be a challenge if neighboring guests are noisy.
