An 8-minute walk from the beach, the apartment is located on the main road towards Aourir and Taghazout, along a beautiful, newly developed coastal path perfect for a stroll or sports activities. A children's play area and public playground are located near the beach. Just 10 minutes from the Agadir marina, shops and restaurants are within the residence, as well as a pharmacy and a Carrefour Market nearby. Every Wednesday, a large market (souk) with a large secondhand clothing section takes place. Several cafes and shops are located within the residence, and others are situated on the beach. Surf schools are available for beginners, and you can explore the world of dinosaurs and their footprints, the most important fossil site in Morocco.
