"Everything was just perfect from the assistant that helped us with our bags, the concierge , the restaurant staff . The concierge went out of their way to accompany me to the concert hall to get tickets for mum in a wheelchair . The place was so accessible for someone in a wheelchair, my mum felt safe and staff ever willing to help . They were so pleasant and helpful at everystage.
