Beautiful apartment with a pool in a complex in the Cap d 'Agde

The apartment facing south-west offers beautiful sunsets in a neighbourhood close to all activities, but far from the noise in order to give our guests a relaxing vacation.
Wonderful beach with direct access, no crossing of any road
Close to all commodities: bakery, convenience store, catering service, etc., as well as many restaurants.
You can do many walks by foot or bicycle along the beach and enjoy many activities and tours from the Cap D'Agde.


The apartment is tastefully decorated and immaculate in a 4-storey apartment building. It offers high comfort (digital television and household appliances) with two bedrooms for two people and a mezzanine with a bed for one, as well as a terrace overlooking the sea.

Unsere Familie hatte eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Lage direkt am Strand war ein großer Pluspunkt, besonders für die Kinder. Der geräumige Sandstrand bot ihnen viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben. Die Wohnung selbst war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir als Familie benötigten. Wir genossen unsere gemeinsame Zeit dort und werden sicherlich wiederkommen, um weitere unvergessliche Erinnerungen zu schaffen.

Confirme à la description. Idéalement placé , aucun bruit juste celui des vagues …tout se fait à pieds, commerces (un peu cher) et restaurants à proximité , pour la plage on peut faire difficilement plus proche . Propriétaire a l’écoute et bienveillant bref ma fille (16 ans ) et moi avons adoré et si l’opportunité se présente y reviendrait sans hésité .

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour passé dans ce logement. La vue reste le point fort car voir un coucher de soleil avec vue sur la mer, c'est exceptionnel. Bon accueil, propriétaire attentionné. Je recommande ce logement.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. voici pour nous les plus et les moins (pour peu qu'il y en ai): Les plus: La vue sur mer, la proximité de la plage et des commerces, l'appartement dans son ensemble, la piscine, la disponibilité et gentillesse des propriétaires. Les moins: L'accueil du professionnel immobilier mandaté par les propriétaires (manque de professionnalisme, c'est sa fille qui nous a accueilli, ne répond pas au téléphone, c'est débarrassé de nous dès que nous avions les clés, etc...) Manque peut-être la climatisation. Si nous revenons au Cap d’Agde nous reviendrons surement dans cet logement.

Magnifique 😍

Un séjour de 15 jours vraiment magnifique un appartement très bien équipé avec une vue extraordinaire sur la méditerranée prendre son petit déjeuner les repas avec cette vue là est juste extraordinaire et je ne parle pas du bruit des vagues ! Tout peu se faire à pieds tout est à proximité de la résidence plus de soucis pour stationner des vacances reposantes et paradisiaques !! Un très grand merci pour l accueil chaleureux également bref nous reviendront c est certain trouver mieux me paraît très difficile. A l année prochaine très certainement 😁

Parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve. Le logement est parfait, rien à redire. Il est très fonctionnel, extrêmement propre et très bien situé. La plage est accessible à 2 min à pied, les commerces et animations à 5 min à pied. La résidence est très calme ( on dort les fenêtres ouvertes fin juillet ! ) Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et très accueillants. C'est un 10/10 sans hésitation.

Point fort de cet appartement : magnifique vue ! Déception sur la piscine fermée pour des raisons sanitaires liées au COVID. Cette décision est compréhensible mais nous aurions aimé en être informés avant notre arrivée.

traumhafter Meerblick, tolle Strandlage,

Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, zum Einkaufen der wichtigsten Dinge ( Bäcker, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt, auch Restaurants) sind es nur 5 min zu Fuß. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist zwar klein (leider kein Backofen) aber sonst ist in der Wohnung für 3 (höchstens 4) Personen genug Platz. Auch dass es WiFi gab, fanden wir gut. Der Strand ist nicht zu voll und wir fanden ihn sehr schön. Die Buchung (Vertrag, schnelle Antwort bei Fragen, Rückerstattung Kaution) lief reibungslos und die Vermieterin Mrs Egon ist sehr nett und herzlich und steht für Fragen jederzeit telefonisch oder per mail zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung direkt am Meer.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Wohnung! Sauber, gut ausgestattet mit wunderschöner Terrasse mit Meerblick. Monsieur Egon hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Sehr freundlich. Das Quartier ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Rochelongue Mail in der Nähe. Der Bäcker an der Ecke erreicht man zu Fuss in 2 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Un séjour formidable au bord de la mer

Pas des Problemes avec les formalitès avant (contrat, payement, confirmation de recevoir de l'argent) et souvent de contact par téléphone directement - trés gentille, on a semblé d'etre choyé. Location très probre, bienvenue bien organisé d'une madame qui s'occupe au tous le choses á Cap d'Agde. L' appertement est bien équipé avec une vue extraordinaire sur la mer. WIFI includé maintenant - parfait. Recommondable pour une famille de 4 (max. 1 enfant en plus, alors 5). On a eu trés content - nous pensons de revenir l'année prochaine 2017, même que c'est une route plus de 1300 km d'Allemagne..;-)

superbe séjour

nous avons séjourné 2 semaines l'année dernière au mois d' Août . Nous avons tellement apprécié cette location que nous avons déjà réservé pour cette année. L'appartement est nickel , très bien entretenu . Rien ne manque pour y passer le plus agréable des séjours . Les commerces sont très proches , pas de route à traverser pour se rendre à la plage . Comme vous êtes au dernier étage , la vue est magnifique ! Seul petit bémol , pas internet , dommage ! Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Deuxième année que l'on vient dans cet appartement au top, vue sur la mer à couper le souffle, calme, reposant. A proximité des commerces, restaurants etc... semaine très agréable. N'oublions pas Mme EGON qui est fort sympathique. Bref que du bonheur... A refaire et à recommander (ce que j'ai déjà fait auprès de mes copines !!!!)

Appartement et accueil très agréables

Appartement et emplacement parfaits avec pour seul bémol la literie qui est à notre goût un peu "fatiguée" et la dimension des couchages qui est juste lorsque l'on est un peu corpulent. dommage que l on soit obligés de transporter ses draps surtout lorsque l'on est en train. Les propriétaires quant a eux sont vraiment très agréables
