The place is amazing and the service in the hotel is super good. The restaurants are a bit expensive but otherwise nothing bad to say.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The pirate decoration throughout was second to none. It is easily walkable to the beautiful local beach but there is a shuttle bus direct from the hotel. The waterpark is fantastic as well!

Great fun for kids, amazing aqua park, though only open in the summer there is also a very nice public pool opposite with slides that is free for guest. Only negative was dining outings limited, especially healthy eating.

Super fun pirate vacation

Stayed here with my family and had the best time. This hotel is amazing, the level of detail throughout the whole hotel and waterpark is beyond anything I’ve seen before. Staff were amazing, rooms were amazing, everything was clean, waterpark was super fun. The kids loved the wave pool. We took the shuttle bus that the hotel provided to the beach one day and it was lovely, not too crowded, and staff made it very easy to get there. Hope to come back here one day.

After reading previous reviews I was reviews I was nervous about our stay. The hotel was super clean and the room was spacious. The restaurant staff was amazing and the lasagna was super great! We really loved the pirate theme and truly enjoyed our stay!!!! Thank you!!!!

They tried so hard to make this a 4+ star hotel but it just doesn't manage it. The breakfast isn't worth the 20 euros that it costs. The bed was so hard that I had to take ibuprofen to deal with the hip pain after the night and the mildew in the room was bad. The whole family was coughing or sniffling after spending 5 nights there. We were VIP+ and had one of the 2 bedroom suites. We're in room #1. The mosquitoes in the private backyard were so bad that we had a hard time using the only table that seated all 6 of us.

Séjour au famille fabuleux. Emplacement de la suite idéalement située avec vue sur les piscines et les activités. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Seul bémol, les tarifs du petit déjeuner et une offre de restauration globalement assez maigre. Dîner spectacle très bien pour les enfants, bravo aux artistes et merci au personnel d’accueil!

Eau froide et cher pour ce que c’est…

Séjour en famille avec des enfants de 6 et 4ans. j’ai sélectionné une suite bien décorée avec jardin. Notre ressenti est mitigé et je ne pense pas que nous y retournerons ou que nous en ferons la pub car finalement c’est vraiment trop cher pour la prestation globale et l’eau est bien trop froide pour profiter ! Voici en détail ce que nous avons retenu en positif et négatif : Les + : - le personnel est très sympathique - la suite et l’hôtel en général sont vraiment bien décorés - le parc est propre - l’emplacement proche de la mer - le petit accès VIP qui était agréable Les - : - La température de l’eau ! J’avais lu des avis mais je pensais que les personnes y étaient allés hors saison ou qu’ils étaient juste frileux… mais non l’eau est à 20 degrés ! Ma fille n’est pas arrivée à rester dans l’eau tellement elle a eu froid ! beaucoup de frustration pour une petite fille de 4ans. D’ailleurs ma femme n’a pas non plus savouré! - le petit déjeuner hors de prix ( 25€/adulte et 14€/enfant… même si ils ont 4 & 6 ans ) le buffet est correct mais pour ce tarif on s’attend à un jus d’orange frais, un choix de fruits mûrs, une variété de fromages et + de salés… bref c’est insuffisant pour les 78€ que nous avons déboursé! - Le parc aquatique est petit, avec la nuit on y reste 2 jours et on a très vite fait le tour… - Le prix de la suite, même si c’est joli cela ne justifie pas un tel tarif

Rien a dire, le décor était magique, et le personnel agréable.Si je peux donner un seul petit conseil c'est qu'au prix des chambres ils peuvent nous offrir les 3 boissons dans le frigo, voir même une petite bouteille de champagne à notre arrivée.

Un week end fabuleux malgré le temps dimanche après midi. L’hôtel est splendide rempli de détails. Les décors sont fabuleux. C’est immersif. Le parc aquatique est génial. Pour tous les âges. La chambre parfaite le jardin magnifique et le jacuzzi… délice! Petit bémol. Le restaurant du soir. Cuisine passable et chère. Mais le spectacle nous a fait oublié le repas. Bravo. Nous y retournerons.
