It was our first time at the Cap so everything seemed new and exciting. We found the price a little high for the value ( no breakfast included, air conditioning not working ) Also not too much action going on comparatively to other places. Definitely very clean.

Not worth it in my opinion, the most expensive hotel in town and for no reason. I stayed at three total different hotels during my time there and this one didn’t offer anything the others didn’t and for double the price. It was fine, clean, comfortable as were all the rest. If it was half price it would be worth it

I don’t understand how they possibly can justify the cost. For this price, drinks, breakfast and onsite entertainment should all be provided. There is no reason to pay such exorbitant rates for such little return.

Disappointing

Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. The hot tub in the room also leaked which explains the sewage smell. The staff knew. We saw them open all the windows and terrace doors when they were cleaning. The smell was wretched. We had to sleep with the windows and terrace door open which lead to lots of mosquitos and horrible bites. We left two nights early knowing we wouldn’t get a refund but they still charged us all the taxes. Don’t do the hotel breakfast. Not worth the €25 per person. Going in September meant the bar upstairs had no attendant. You have to call down to have them bring anything up. Not something you expect from a 5 star hotel. It was truly a 4 star hotel that needs a lot of maintenance.

The hotel is excellent in décor and style, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel lets itself down with its very limited morning breakfast and non-existent evening dining.

We had an excellent stay. The front desk staff were very very nice and attended to all our needs. The amenities of the hotel were very nice especially the big heated jacuzzi on the top floor and the hammam room below. Will definitely return! Ask for Room 112. The best!

Sexy and nice luxury hotel

I have stayed at this hotel for several years, this time with my new girlfriend and before the visit I had talked a lot about the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel has been a little worse this stay, maybe due to higher requirements or due to covid-19. The cleanliness of the room is great, the roof terrace which is open 24 hours a day with sunbeds and pool (large jacuzzi) where you can sunbathe and swim naked (and have sex in both the pool and the sunbeds) is wonderful, as well as the bar with good drinks. The downside this year is that the drapes (curtains) on the sunbeds are gone, there is no menu for the food that you can order in the bar on the roof (and there has never been one as far as I know). Preferably a menu for the food on the roof, and in English. The hammam sauna did not seem open, and you were not allowed to be on the ground floor late at night. But still love this hotel and will come back but wish the drapes (curtains) on the sunbeds come back, and wish a menu for the food and preferably in English (rooftop bar, there is no restaurant in the hotel). The hotel is close to everything in the naturist village, nude beach and lots of shops / restaurants you can visit naked and free parking behind the hotel. And check-out is 11am, not 12pm as it says on Hotels.com. Otherwise great service, however, you can wait a while for the bartender on the roof terrace. We will come back, and thanks to the women in the reception and our cleaning lady that was very helpful and great
