Charming 30m² alcove studio on the ground floor, facing southeast with a 10m² enclosed terrace, providing direct access to the beach (20m) and the seaside promenade. Private parking space #128.
At the entrance you will find two single beds (90cm) and a wardrobe. The hallway (with a large built-in wardrobe) leads to the living room, which features a new 140cm sofa bed, an open-plan fitted kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, two-burner electric hob), a dining area, a sideboard, and a washing machine.

Dear guests, your pets are welcome in this property.

Sheets, towels, and kitchen towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if needed.

Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.

Towels: €10 per person.

Baby cot rental: €15 per week.
