A recent and equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, electric hob, dishwasher, oven, toaster) open to the living room, dining area, sofa and TV.
Shower room with a shower cubicle and separate toilet.
Shared closed parking, not numbered.
At your disposal bicycle parking within the grounds of the residence.

The apartment does not have WI-FI, you can contact the agency which will offer you a WI-FI box (5GB per day) at the price of €7 per day or €39 per week.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.

Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
For towels: €10 per person.

Baby bed rental: €15 per week.
