"Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© une nuit qui nous a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©bitĂ©. Lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă l'hĂŽtel on nous a refusĂ© l'entrĂ©e sans raison. Le rĂ©ceptionniste qui se prĂ©tendait ĂȘtre le patron Ă©tait impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnĂȘte. On a dĂ» prendre un autre hĂ©bergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. Ă fuir !!!!! Il a refusĂ© de nous rembourser. Une rĂ©clamation auprĂšs d'hĂŽtel.com est en cours. "
