"The Saint Lofts is in a great location, and the apartment itself is a nice size with a good layout. However, this unit shows clear signs of heavy use and could really benefit from more thorough maintenance and greater attention to detail. Some chairs are wobbly, and near the end of their lifespan, several light bulbs were burnt out, and there were noticeable cosmetic issues, such as chipped furniture, cigarette burns on the floors and furniture, and white paint splatters from touch-up work. "The apt. was quite comfortable, & our contact was helpful, friendly, & informative. However, the street was exceptionally noisy at night when the nightclub across the street was open--revelers yelling, horn honking, & general noise till 4:00 or 4:30 a.m. The headboard on the bed made noise as well. Night noise was the only drawback."
