"The staff were nice"

"This is a very pleasant hotel in a good position on the beach. It's relatively small, so the facilities are limited but it was fine for me. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean and the staff were all very friendly. I think my mistake was to go there off season in November. There were very few people staying there and usually only half a dozen in the restaurant in the evening. It obviously wasn't worth the hotel putting out any kind of a buffet with choices. I can understand that - but it meant that the choice offered by the waiter was very limited and to be honest, not of a particularly good quality. I was surprised that I couldn't even get a cafe latte and a piece of cake in the beach bar in the afternoon. There was no milk and 'no food for an hour' I was told. I'm sure it's not like that in Summer when there are many more guests. It's a shame because I did like the hotel - but the restaurant and food let it down. "

"Beach, activities, Pool and cleanliness and staff are really nice. Staff appeared not sufficient informed sometimes. Paying/Renting the safe is ridiculous. The hammam needs restoration as it looks, smells and is old. A cockroach appeared while I was in the Hammam. Overall our stay was pleasant and the warm hearts of the staff made it really nice."

"- The food is not bad it requires more options/variaty. - Under the bed is not clean in the room. - The room’s furniture is quite old. - The bath towels aren’t available on time. - The electricity shots down at least once a day. - The water flow is very low during peak time. - Overall the hotel needs renovation. Thank you very much."
