"The service was very good. The hotel Arranged transport from the airport and then had a staff member meet us at the edge of the Medina and walk us in. "The elevator is too small and slow, a huge waste of time every day if you have a lot of luggage. Check-in is also a waste of time; it took at least an hour to get my keys at 4 PM, and there's zero flexibility at check-out to allow for a late-night departure."

"The unit was good- nothing fancy but good price and good amenities. I gave it 4 stars because it was very hard to find -even with help from the locals. "Host (Achraf) was asleep on arrival, left us waiting for 20mins before checking us into a room which hadn’t been cleaned, no towels, hair on the bed and bathroom. The electricity cut out every few minutes, the downstairs fuse box was smoking, if we didn’t leave the power would have burnt through ..."
