"The reception people were excellent to deal with.Very polite. We had issues with one gentleman the morning we were leaving the hotel for the airport, as we came off the elevator the porter I assume started to grab our suitcases without us knowing who he was. We proceeded to the waiting taxi and he wanted a tip from us even though we did not need his assistance. Once we were in the taxi he argued with the taxi driver because he wanted a tip from the driver. This type of behaviour should be addressed to the person. It ruined our otherwise good experience at the hotel."

"Very central location, just off the main market square Jemaa el Fraa. Very friendly helpful staff, room was clean and beautifully decorated as was the rest of the hotel. The central square was lovely and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a traditional Riad."

Son sens de l’accueil, sa disponibilité et son attention aux détails ont grandement contribué à la qualité de mon expérience. La chambre était élégamment aménagée, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable, offrant un cadre reposant et raffiné.
