"We had a wonderful week at Elizabeth Suites, Epas is a welcoming and helpful host who can never do enough to make sure your stay is a good one. The suite was spotlessly clean, the pool warm and plenty big enough to cool off in. "Breathtaking views perched on the hills overlooking the sea and the white mountains. Run by a wonderful and helpful local family. I loved this property even with the tiny shower and slow internet (Whole area is slow). This is the best place for this area, close to a beautiful town Georgioupoli and to over 6-10 miles of beach. "This is an absolutely fantastic hotel which is owned and run by a really lovely family. Everything is spotless from the public areas to our room. It is about a forty minute walk to the centre of Chania which was fine for us as we enjoy walking but there is a service bus a couple of minutes away. "

"There is no free parking as advertised. You need to find your own. Air conditioning says to be included but one has to pay daily. And we had two accommodations and A.C. only available in one room. The shower had no separation from the toilet and sink. Water got everywhere."

"The hotel is a great place to stay! Right on the beach, the food and drinks are good and reasonably priced, and the staff is great! Only complaint I have is that our room did not get cold until late in the evening/morning. We were only there a couple of nights so we made due, but I’m not sure if this was an issue with just our room or if every room is this way."
