"incompréhension avec hotel.com , impossible de joindre quelqu'un via les num de tel reçu par mail , seul une personne de Nanterre a essayé de de se démener et m'a rappelé : il a fallu que ce soit une dame qui sorte de l'ascenseur qui règle ca en 2 min , ouff pour nous une dame nous a laissé rentré ds l'immeuble ! appartement vétuste , porte fenêtre coulissante hs très dure a ouvrir ainsi que les volets coulissants, plinthe carrelées en équilibre , trou ds la porte sdb , baignoire et alentours...

"When I arrived, the place wasn't clean. I had to sleep on the couch because they couldn't find somebody to clean up the mess. It was very infuriating since you pay to get to a place and rest and I couldn't do it that first night. I will give the place two star because the location is amazing. I hope they fix the way they administrate this place because is really nice. "
