The 120 sq. m villa can accommodate up to 4 people in its spacious 2 bedrooms.

Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, Rock Sand Villa welcomes you with an open-plan living room adorned with a cozy sofa, a 49" Smart TV, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, perfect for relaxing evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the living room area there is an indoor dining area with a spacious corner sofa and chairs for 8 people.
Two bedrooms await in the villa, including:
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (0.80 m x 2.00 m) that can be transformed to a king size bed with a mattress topper, 32" HDTV, access to outdoor area
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 32" HDTV, access to outdoor area
Lastly, you will find an independent bathroom equipped with a shower, as well as a convenient laundry room.

- The outdoor area of Rock Sand Villa can be reached directly from the living room area and offers a variety of facilities including:
- A private, 60 sq.m. infinity swimming pool, 1.4 m deep. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request.

Every morning, in the comfort of your villa, we will serve you a selection of the best Greek and international products: fresh fruit juices, Greek honey, jams, fresh selection of bread, gluten-free breads, variation of pies, bio eggs, mini sandwiches, cereals, Greek yogurt, and any extra requests, for a relaxed starting day.Breakfast can be served from 08:00 to 11:30.
