"Minos Palace is a gorgeous property with wonderful staff and top notch service. The hotel was able to arrange a taxi for us from and to the airport. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room with a nicer sea view, received a very warm welcome with a welcome drink and tour of the hotel. The food is excellent, every staff member is very friendly and attentive, and the amenities were fantastic - spa, restaurant, lounge area with live music & DJ, pool, beach, and wellness activities like yoga and sound baths. It's also a short walk to the town. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting, and would easily stay here again. "Lovely resort, incredibly family friendly. Kids club is great if child is over 3 years old. Very relaxing stay, only downside is beach is quite rocky compared to others visited in Crete, but you can always use the pool. "
