"*AVOID AT ALL COST* Apartments are separate to the main hotel. On a dark slip roads with cars driving past at speed.Multiple health,safety and security protocols not in place.No reception staff or duty manager at night. Only a security guard who is just there for decoration but doesn't know what to do if there is a problem arises. We were given a Yale key to our room that did not work.We called reception and spoke to someone on3 different occasions who said they would send maintence to let us in...

"We stayed here with our 2 kids! Clean and comfortable beds! The food was of high quality and pretty diverse. The staff were friendly and always extremely attentive and inviting. Everyone at the hotel always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. For all of the above reasons I will give Gardelli Inn a 5 star review! If you want to pool lounge you will need to get to the pool around 6am and reserve your lounge chair with a towel! We didn’t know this but Lagunas is...
