On a dark slip roads with cars driving past at speed.Multiple health,safety and security protocols not in place.No reception staff or duty manager at night. Only a security guard who is just there for decoration but doesn't know what to do if there is a problem arises. We were given a Yale key to our room that did not work.We called reception and spoke to someone on3 different occasions who said they would send maintence to let us in...
