"Had a great stay with an excellent balcony and incredible view. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Very happy and helpful. Pool was closed because of maintenance. However they have ample loungers right across the street with bar and restaurant service by the hotel. That staff was great as well. Highly recommend."

"The property owner was easy to communicate with. The property itself was very clean and located closely to several beach clubs. It was just unfortunate that we experienced stormy weather while we were there, and were not able to swim in the beautiful water. There are also beautiful views of the sea from the large balcony. We also appreciated the air conditioning in every room. I would stay here again."

"A large spacious quality villa, set in a beautifully tended fragrant garden. There were plenty of different seating areas with good sea views and a large outdoor dining and bbq area. It felt very secure and there was parking for 2 cars.Inside the villa was comfortable and well equipped, with 2 good sized fridges. Although the Wi-Fi was adequate for holiday it wasn’t consistent enough for our son to work.Porto Rafti had plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. We were able to visit a number of ancient sites and have a day trip to Athens. The villa has an excellent book of information about the local area and facilities and communication with the owner was excellent. Overall we would highly recommend Villa Agave."

"This property is stunning! The views are incredible from every angle. Amazing outdoor space - sunny, shaded, pool, grassy area, decks, verandas. The house is clean and updated and well decorated. Bed were comfortable and plenty of space inside for our family to enjoy. We went with 3 adults and 3 kids and it was great for all the ages (7y, 9y, 11y and adults!). The beach access is public so you have to share with others but it’s so convenient and the water is clear and beautiful with more great views! A great place to stay outside of Athens. The neighborhood around the house is very much “neighborhood” and not touristy- there are stores and restaurants for locals but not touristy if that’s what you’re wanting. About an hour drive to inner Athens, about 20 min to the airport."
